San Jose Public Library offers an SJPL's eLibrary Card which provides access to SJ Library’s online learning, electronic checkouts, and streaming services.

How to Apply

• Complete the adult online application.
• Once you receive your eLibrary Card Number, you'll be prompted to login and setup a PIN.
• You may convert your eLibrary Card into a regular card to enjoy all the library services.

Library eCard

• Apply for a Santa Clara County Library eCard. Open to all Santa Clara County residents. If out of state, visit a Santa Clara County Library and obtain a physical card for full access.

• An eCard gives you instant, full, free access to the Library's Online Library services, including eBooks, streaming movies, and more.

• eCards are available to all ages.
