The Library is conducting orientation sessions in-person, synchronously via Zoom or asynchronously by creating a video and sending you links to LibGuides and other valuable resources. Instructors are expected to attend library orientations for their classes. If the instructor is not able to attend, a substitute will be required or the orientation will be rescheduled. If it is a Zoom session, allow the Librarian to have "Host" functionality in Zoom during live sessions.
To arrange a Library instructional session (orientation) for your class, call the reference desk at x6661 or come into the library. A librarian will schedule the visit and discuss any details of the current assignment. You may also schedule an instructional session by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the Instructional Session form. You will be notified of the Instructional Session confirmation and the name of the Librarian instructing via email.
Please note, we ask that instructors schedule orientations at least one week in advance to give the instructing librarian time to prepare.
